The Role:

The role of the Customer Success Product manager is divided to two:

  1. Support the needs of customer care team in providing top of the line customer service to our customers
  2. Improve our collection methodology and data collection to ensure we are above the industry standards for collection while giving a great customer experience


As part of the role you will be required to partner with external vendors to evaluate and integrate their solutions. When a solution is not available externally or it doesn’t fit the team’s needs you will work on building it internally with the engineering team.


The role consists of driving the process of product development, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with user research, design, engineers, data scientists, etc, in order to build a compelling product strategy and execute on it.


What You’ll Own:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for mobile and web-based products 
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products 
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones 
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction 
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products Identify and track key performance metrics 
  • Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces 
  • Creating examples through wireframes and mockups
  • Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
  • Delivering technical presentations 
  • Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data 
  • Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution 
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design


Ideally You Also Bring:

  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution 
  • Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Background in technical role or working on technical products
  • Previous experience working in FinTech companies
