The Role

We are looking for a goal-oriented SUPERSTAR to join our field team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a smart, self-motivated professional to join a fast-growing tech startup. The Dental Account Manager / Partner Success Manager will join our fast-growing verticals and work with Sunbit’s dental partners who have implemented Sunbit's technology in their stores and offices. The primary responsibilities will be to drive ongoing expansion and to grow same-store Sunbit usage in key accounts. This will be achieved by taking a hands-on approach, coaching office staff. Building and maintaining executive partnerships with the management team. Identifying and solving obstacles. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders to take their dental experience and professional network to build a strong foundation for rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be located in the Southern Florida greater area. 


What You'll Own:

  • Conduct training sessions for our growing accounts
  • Manage accounts to meet growth targets
  • Manage and launch pilots with local and national optical and dental partners
  • Expand the Sunbit program beyond a pilot to roll out across the chain network
  • Visit and review Sunbit performance / revenue data and ways to improve
  • Set monthly goals for Sunbit activity with management and associates
  • Manage and track all account activity in our CRM system
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, with a focus on training and enablement
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Dental experience, preferably working in mid/high-volume offices a strong plus
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & facilitation skills
  • Organized. Great time management skills with ability to self-management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Travel in and out of state up to 75%
